Booking Terms
Booking must be made in advance direct with the hotel. Accommodation at the special Leisure Break rate is subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required with each booking to secure the reservation. If you wish, this can be charged to your debit or credit card (we prefer debit card payment).
The rates quoted are specially discounted and the following conditions apply:
- Payment is due in advance and must be paid either 7 days before or on arrival at the hotel.
- Cheques are accepted but payment must be made 15 days prior to arrival if the value exceeds the clearance/guarantee card limit.
- Cancellation charges. Should you have to cancel your holiday for any reason please notify us immediately and confirm your cancellation in writing. The following charges apply, calculated from the day your written notification is received by the hotel: a) any time up to 7 days prior to arrival – deposit forfeited; b) within 7 days of arrival – 50% of holiday cost; c) on arrival or thereafter – 100% of total holiday cost will be payable.
