STANDARD BOOKING & CANCELLATION TERMS
Written confirmation and/or a deposit will be requested to secure your reservation.
For residential conferences, were a substantial part of the hotel’s accommodation is part of the arrangements, a pro forma account will be issued for payment 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the event.
Cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to the start date of the conference will be accepted without further penalty.
Deposits are non refundable.
Cancellations, part or whole, less than 28 days prior to the commencement will be charged at the negotiated rate, less any re-letting that may be possible. cancellations or amendments must be in writing.
Credit facilities must be agreed with the hotel management in advance of the event and any accounts sent to the client company will be due for payment 14 days after receipt.
