Food & Drink at the BEST WESTERN Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa.
Our way is the fresh way; the seasonal way; the simple way.
We believe in the quality and integrity of our food as something special, to savour.
You could say we use the best of coast and country-crab, scallops, lobster and mussels from the fishermen of the many local ports. Cardigan Bay sea bass, mullet, mackerel, sole and dabs straight off the day boats at Milford. Eggs and yoghurts are sourced from local artisan producers and our cheese board carries predominantly Welsh varieties, some of which are often organic and un-pasteurised. Welsh Black beef and salt marsh lamb comes from neighbouring Milton Farm.
We adhere to the principals and are members of 'The Slow Food Movement', sourcing great ingredients as locally as possible with minimal interference with nature's hard work.
Shown here are examples of our differing menus - our fixed price three course together with the more casual 'Conservatory Menu' ...feel free to mix and match...but please bear in mind that our menus change regularly to take advantage of the ever changing availability of top produce.
If you'd like a copy of what's 'currently cooking' just drop us an email!
